Extensive HR Background
Vidhu is a seasoned HR leader with over 15 years of experience in the FMCG and Retail industries. Her career is marked by success in managing organizational change, translating business vision into effective talent strategies, and fostering culture through grassroots consensus building.
She started her career at PepsiCo, where she honed her skills in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. She was instrumental in creating and implementing programs that significantly boosted employee engagement, development, and retention during her tenure. Her contributions were pivotal in shaping a positive workplace culture.
Before joining Tasty Bite, Vidhu had a long association with Gap Inc., most recently holding a position as Head of Talent & Organization Development, APAC. She had held various positions in HR in her approx 9 years tenure at Gap Inc.
Vidhu’s expertise extends to organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management, consistently delivering results that meet and exceed business objectives. Her strategic approach and deep understanding of HR dynamics have positioned her as a key influencer in driving organizational success.
