Tata Motors Elevates Ravneet Singh as GM & Head- Corporate HR

Tata Motors, one of India’s leading automotive companies, has announced the appointment of Ravneet Singh as General Manager and Head of Corporate HR.

As Head of Corporate HR, Ravneet Singh will drive key HR initiatives in collaboration with business units and partner with corporate and central functions to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

And he will lead strategic HR planning to align workforce capabilities with evolving business goals, ensuring sustainable growth and leadership development.

Ravneet is a seasoned HR leader with 15 years of experience across human resources and supply chain functions in the automotive and IT industries.

Over the course of his career, he has built expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people management practices.

Having been associated with Tata Motors for more than a decade, he has held various responsibilities in HR, contributing significantly to the company’s transformation agenda.

In his new role, he will drive key HR initiatives in collaboration with the Commercial Vehicle Business, while also partnering with corporate and central business functions.
