TE Connectivity appoints Vandana Sheth as Director – HR Services

A global industrial technology manufacturing leader, TE Connectivity appoints Vandana Sheth as Director – HR Services.

She has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director – HR Services at TE Connectivity!”

Vandana has an overall experience of 23 years in the Customer Service Industry & Operations covering HR Shared Services, Banking operations, Complaints (regulatory), and Customer experience management. She is a Global HR ops leader, Talent and Engagement Partner.

Prior to TE Connectivity, she was associated with Kohler Co. as a Global Hire-Retire Service Delivery Leader. In this role, she was responsible for setting up of Hire to Retire Global shared services team, delivering employee life cycle operations across multiple regions in the globe in the Manufacturing, Hospitality & Energy domains. Responsible for leading DE&I, Stewardship, and Wellness for the GSS Ops organization.

Her earlier stint included working with Barclays, Citibank India, Standard Chartered Bank, and Sutherland Global Services.

Vandana holds her master’s in Business Administration from ICFAI University, Tripura, and completed her Master of Arts from Annamalai University.
