UST elevates Kavita Kurup as Global- Head Human Resources

UST, an Information Technology & Services company elevates Kavita Kurup as Global- Head Human Resources from her most recent role Global Head- Talent and Organisational Transformation.

In her new role, she works closely with the Board & Executive Team and is responsible for all aspects of UST’s human resources strategy, including talent management, leadership development, compensation & benefits, and leading all human resources functions globally.

Kavita holds over two decades of professional experience, joined UST in 2019, prior to this she was associated with Axis Bank as Senior Vice President & Chief Learning Officer for over four years.

Previously, she has been associated with some of the brand companies like ING Vysya Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Scope International, Citibank, and ICICI Bank, etc as an L&D professional.

Kavita holds M.Com degree and earned PGDBM, Banking & Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
