India’s fastest-growing entertainment network, Viacom18 Media Private Limited has elevated Ruchi Arya as Director – HR.

Ruchi is an HR professional with 12 years of experience in Business Partnering in VOOT OTT, General Entertainment Channels (Viacom18), National News Channels (CNBC TV18, CNN News18, News18 India, CNBC Awaaz), Regional News Channels (News18 Lokmat, CNBC Bajar), Broadcast Technology, Digital, and Publishing.

She has significant exposure to Business Partnering, SAP-R3 implementation, Success factors, ensuring the Health & Safety of employees, and Business Continuity during the Covid-19 pandemic, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Life Cycle Management, Workforce Optimization, and Governance.

Ruchi’s expertise as an HR practitioner worked in the organization-wide conceptualization and implementation of several integrated, automated, and customized HR interventions at every milestone of employee life cycle management.

Prior to the current role with Viacom18 Media Private Limited Ruchi was designated as Senior Human Resources Manager. Previously, she was associated with TV18 Broadcast Limited and Network18 Media & Investments Limited.

Ruchi holds a master’s in HR & Marketing from PROTON business school and completed her Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Govt. Holkar Science College A.B. Road, Indore.
