Before joining Vishakha Group, Rajiv Arora was associated with the Adani Group, where he served as Group Head – HR, Talent, and Leadership Development, contributing significantly to leadership building and cultural transformation within one of India’s largest conglomerates.

His earlier career includes impactful stints at Mercer, Virgin Mobile India, Hewitt Associates, IBM, and Tata Power etc., where he honed his skills in human capital consulting and organizational design.
