His previous roles include:
- Accenture Strategy & Consulting Global Network: Led people operations for Data & AI, overseeing HR transformation initiatives across Accenture Ventures, Capability Network, and global recruitment programs.
- Accenture Total Rewards & Leadership Development: Managed HR strategy for 120,000+ employees, focusing on inclusion, diversity, onboarding, and leadership training.
- AVTEC Limited: Before transitioning into HR leadership, Singh held a business development role, gaining cross-functional expertise in corporate strategy and operations.
His multi-sector exposure and cross-functional HR expertise make him a valuable addition to Volvo Group India’s leadership team.
