Volvo Group India Appoints Deepak as Head – Talent Management

Volvo Group India has appointed Deepak Prateek Singh as its Head – Talent Management & Organizational Development, reinforcing its commitment to workforce transformation and leadership development.

With over eight years of HR leadership experience at Accenture, Deepak brings deep expertise in talent strategy, total rewards, learning, and people operations.

His appointment is expected to drive organizational agility, aligning Volvo Group’s human capital strategy with its business growth objectives.

Deepak Prateek Singh’s Professional Journey

Deepak’s career spans multiple sectors, including HR leadership, business development, and workforce transformation.

His previous roles include:

  • Accenture Strategy & Consulting Global Network: Led people operations for Data & AI, overseeing HR transformation initiatives across Accenture Ventures, Capability Network, and global recruitment programs.
  • Accenture Total Rewards & Leadership Development: Managed HR strategy for 120,000+ employees, focusing on inclusion, diversity, onboarding, and leadership training.
  • AVTEC Limited: Before transitioning into HR leadership, Singh held a business development role, gaining cross-functional expertise in corporate strategy and operations.

His multi-sector exposure and cross-functional HR expertise make him a valuable addition to Volvo Group India’s leadership team.
