Wipro elevates Rashmi Prabha as Global Head- HR, CIS

Wipro Ltd elevates Rashmi Prabha as Global Head- HR, Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) from her most recent role as Head HR – GTM iCORE APMEA (Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa) at Wipro.

In this role, she will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR for the Cloud & Infrastructure Services division.

She is associated with Wipro since 2013. Rashmi is an HR Professional with 18 years of rich and diverse experience across Business HR, Compensation & Benefits, HR Integration, and Talent Acquisition. She also has hands-on experience in Policies Integration and Operations concerning Mergers and Acquisitions.

Prior to joining Wipro in 2013, Rashmi has been associated with SAP Labs. In this role, she was responsible for Base Pay Lead for the Asia Pacific Japan region. Additionally, she designed, evaluated, and modified benefits policies to ensure that programs are updated, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.

Previously, Rashmi was HR Manager at Hewlett Packard. She worked with the organization for over 7 years. In this role, she was responsible for HR Generalist functions supporting 1500+ employees and managing end-to-end people function responsibilities.

Rashmi is an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service. She started her career working with PeopleOne Consulting as Associate Consultant.
