WOW Skin Science appoints Smriti Khanna as Vice President- HR

WOW Skin Science has announced the appointment of Smriti Khanna as the Vice President – Human Resources.

In this role, she will be responsible for spearheading the talent management, recruitment, and people operations team. Further, her primary responsibilities will involve devising people strategies, strengthening WOW’s organizational culture, employer brand building, and performance and people development.

Commenting on the appointment the company said, “We are super excited to have Smriti Khanna onboard the #WOWSOME family as the Vice President- Human Resources.”

“With newer perspectives and fresh ideas we hope you bring a new dimension to our workplace”, the company added.

Speaking about her new appointment, Smriti Khanna, Vice President of Human Resources stated “WOW has charted a phenomenal journey in the D2C space.”

Smriti Khanna further said, “The opportunity to contribute to building WOW as a purposed-led, future-fit employer brand is very humbling and exciting at the same time.”

Smriti Khanna is holding 9 years of HR experience across the Sales Unit, Factory Site, R&D Centre, and Non-Sales Central Functions in E-Comms, FMCG, and Telecom industries.

Prior to joining WOW Skin Science, Smriti Khanna was working with Livspace as AVP HR Business Partner for India operations. In this role, she was responsible for people programs that covered employee experience and performance, DEI initiatives, and change management.

Smriti’s earlier associations are with leading organizations such as Airtel and Nestlé. She holds PGDHRM, Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur. She completed her graduation from H.L.I.C, Ahmedabad.
