Xpheno Appoints Khyati Mehta as HR Head Amid IPO Preparations

Xpheno, a specialist staffing firm, has appointed Khyati Mehta as its new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).

With over 15 years of HR leadership experience, Khyati is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping Xpheno’s recruiter-specialist model, enhancing talent engagement, and driving workplace productivity.

Her appointment comes at a critical juncture for Xpheno, as the company prepares for an IPO and expands its staffing solutions across high-impact sectors such as Life Sciences, IT, Retail, Automotive, and Infrastructure.

Expressing enthusiasm for her new role, Khyati highlighted her commitment to enhancing recruiter productivity in an AI-driven staffing environment.

Khyati Mehta’s Leadership Background

Khyati brings a strong track record in HR transformation, employee engagement, and talent pipeline development.

Before joining Xpheno, she held key leadership roles at:

  • [24]7.ai India – Served as Senior HRBP and Employee Relations Head, where she led data-driven engagement programs such as Happy Hearts and HUM Premier League, achieving 94%+ employee satisfaction scores and significantly reducing attrition rates.
  • National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) – Managed global transaction banking, focusing on digital banking solutions and workforce optimization.
  • Firstsource and Notch It Up – Played a key role in HR strategy development, coaching leadership, and change management.

Her expertise in workplace investigations, leadership coaching, and HR transformation makes her a strategic asset for Xpheno’s growth trajectory.

Xpheno’s Expansion and IPO Plans

Xpheno is gearing up for an IPO within the next two years, signaling aggressive expansion in the specialist staffing market.

The company has already crossed the INR 500 crore turnover milestone and is positioning itself to support over 200 new Greenfield Global Capability Centres (GCCs) projected to open in India.

CEO Designate Francis Padamadan emphasized Khyati’s strategic significance, stating, “She brings the right mix of energy and experience.”
