YES Bank elevates Binoj Vasu as HR Head- Retail Banking & TM

A leading Indian private sector bank, YES Bank elevates Binoj Vasu as HR Head – Retail Banking & Head of Talent Management.

Most Recently, he was Group President & Chief Learning Officer – Head L&D, Engagement, Alternate Hiring & Campus Relations.  

Binoj has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I have moved into a new elevated position as HR Head – Retail Banking & Head of Talent Management at YES BANK!”

Binoj Vasu has over 29 years of rich and varied work experience. He has worked in leadership roles across various parts of the Human Resources domain, including Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Engagement, and Talent Acquisition.

He also has a firm grounding in Business & Organization Management, having successfully led an Edtech and Mentoring start-up as the CEO. Before YES Bank, he was associated with Kuotient as Founder & CEO.

His earlier stints include working with Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, Xerox, ExxonMobil, and Exide Industries Limited.

During his career, Binoj has successfully set up and managed various HR sub-functions across organizations. He is a Certified Coach for Leadership & Transition Management. 

Binoj is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and holds Bachelor’s of Engineering – BE, Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University, Dharwad.
