Yokohama off-highway tires appoints of Sharad Mishra as Head of Human Resources. Prior to this, he was working as Vice President & Corporate Head-Human Resources at ANDRITZ.
In this new role, Sharad Mishra will be accountable for Growth, Change, and Transformation to support the business.
Further, he will establish world Class benchmark in People Processes and Employees Experiences with a focused approach toward Employee Life Cycle Management, HR Policy & Design, Learning & Development, HR Strategy & Deployment, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding Initiatives, and Enhancing Employees Engagement.
Sharad has nearly two decades of experience in human resources. Prior to Yokohama off-highway tires, Sharad Mishra was associated with ANDRITZ as Vice President & Corporate Head-Human Resources, and Earlier, he worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as Head of Human Resources & Administration.
Previously, Sharad also worked with Vedanta Resources Plc as General Manager & Location Head- Human Resources (HR, IR, Administration & CSR), Moser Baer India Ltd, and Continental Engines.
