ITD cementation India appoints Sanjay (v) Kavathalkar as Chief HR Officer

ITD cementation India limited has appointed Sanjay (v) Kavathalkar as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Sanjay is a dynamic HR professional, with wide-ranging experience of three decades. He has a proven successful record in introducing HR systems, policies and HR interventions, IR, L&OD, talent acquisition and retention, initiatives to accomplish business goals at large Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, Telecom building material manufacturing & Construction, and Infrastructure industries.

Sanjay is owing to his understanding and implementation of HR as a strategic function during his tenure with Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd., was awarded “Topmost HR Leaders (India) in 2022” by ET Now & World HRD Congress.

As a HR Leader, he is sought after for his core strengths like his ability to focus on business results – align HR, L&OD strategies to Business Strategy. He has successfully introduced contemporary HR, L&OD tools, and interventions.
He has been accredited with TBEM (Tata Business Excellence Model) External Assessor.

Prior to ITD, Sanjay was associated with KPTL as a Sr. Vice President- Human Resources. He has been able to transform Learning & Organization Development functions across the Organization. His role as a strategic HRBP to business has enhanced people development practices for 1500 Crore Oil & Gas contracting Business Unit of KPTL. He has managed end-to-end HR & Admin for 5000+ strong resources across the country.

Earlier, he has been associated with companies such as Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd., Kalpataru Group, MIAL – GVK, Hyderabad Industries Ltd – CK Birla group, Jubilant Organosys Ltd., Tata Teleservices Ltd., and Zydus Cadila.

Sanjay is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and he started his career working with Rallis India Ltd.
