Usha Financial on-boards Nupur Gupta as Non-Executive Director

Usha Financial an emerging Finance service company in India announced the onboarding of Nupur Gupta as a Non-Executive Director for formulating and overseeing the corporate strategies of the company. 

Nupur holds a business administration bachelor’s degree and also finished an entrepreneurship course at Harvard Business School.

She has over two years of experience in the field of company management. Nupur will be in charge of objectively reviewing the executive team’s plans and contributing to the formulation and oversight of corporate strategy by offering constructive criticism and a broader perspective on the external factors affecting the business.

Usha Financial is a leading financial institution that is working with a diversified portfolio that includes loans for small NBFCs, MSME loans, and small and medium loans. Usha Financials has recently forayed into the EV and Agriculture segment as well.

Expressing her views on this major announcement, Geeta Goswami, Co-Founder & Director, Usha Financial, stated, “I believe that the onboarding of Nupur Gupta at the higher management level, with her expertise and knowledge about the industry, would surely help us, especially in Business Strategy and Development.”
