AXISCADES appoints Ex-Accenture Hrishi Mohan as Group CHRO

India’s leading technology solutions company, AXISCADES has appointed Hrishi Mohan as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In this role, he will be responsible for nurturing the work culture of the organization along with focusing on employee wellbeing.

“His vast experience and leadership in driving HR initiatives will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture and our position as a preferred partner for global OEMs”, Arun Krishnamurthi added.

He is an HR professional with over 20 years of experience in Business Partnering, Learning & Development, and Strategic Change management across multiple geographies. His specialties include in Change Management in complex business transitions, Talent Strategy and Innovation expertise, Cross-cultural sensitivity of managing diverse cultures, and solid HR business partnering expertise.

Prior to AXISCADES, Hrishi was associated with Tenshi Life Sciences Ltd as Head – Human Resources.

His earlier stints include working with UpSkill World as Human Resources Director, Accenture as Vice President – Human Resources, and Wipro as General Manager and Global HR Head – Business Application Services.

Hrishi is an alumnus of SIBM. He started his career working with Godrej Appliances as Dy Manager – HRD.
