Bajaj Housing Finance appoints Sayantani Dutta as CHRO

Sayantani Dutta steps into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Bajaj Housing Finance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bajaj Finance Limited.

Entrusted with this pivotal position, Sayantani assumes the responsibility of spearheading the company’s people strategy in tandem with its business objectives.

Her appointment underscores Bajaj Housing Finance’s commitment to nurturing its workforce as a cornerstone of sustainable growth and competitive advantage in the financial landscape.

Sayantani Dutta, a seasoned HR expert with 18+ years in the field, excels in fostering talent, collaboration, and productivity. With a track record of success, she adeptly aligns HR strategies with business objectives, driving exceptional outcomes.

Her journey through esteemed organizations across varied sectors, including Financial Services, Telecom, and Retail, has honed her skills, enriching her understanding and perspective.

Known for her ability to navigate complex challenges, Sayantani empowers individuals and teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Her contributions transcend traditional HR functions, embodying a holistic approach that elevates organizational performance and fosters sustainable growth.

Prior to Bajaj Housing Finance, she was associated with Kotak Mahindra Bank as HR for Wholesale Bank & Treasury. In this role, she was responsible for creating and delivering talent solutions to attract, retain, and reward the best.

Her earlier stints include working with Vodafone Idea Limited, Walmart, GE Capital, EXL Service, and TVRLS.

She holds Master in Business Administration (MBA, HR) from Xavier Institute of Management(XIM Bhubaneswar) and completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc, Mathematics) from St. Xavier’s College.
