CBRE India appoints Sakshi Khosla as Head of People

CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd, India’s leading real estate consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Sakshi Khosla as Head of People.

In her new role, Sakshi will work with the CBRE India leadership team and will be responsible for further strengthening the company’s global culture and HR practices.

She joins CBRE from the diversified Max Group, where she recently served as Corporate Vice President, Human Resources for Max Life Insurance Company. 

CBRE continues to expand its foothold in the market, with presence in over 80 cities, and 15 offices across the country. Sakshi’s deep understanding of the Indian corporate landscape will aid the company hire diversity of talent in an equitable, safe and inclusive workplace that is guided by CBRE’s RISE values – Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence.

Sakshi is a seasoned HR professional with about two decades of experience across the HR spectrum, including Human Resources Business Partnering, Stakeholder Management, Talent Management, Board Governance, Executive Compensation, Succession Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Culture Building, and Change Management.

Prior to joining CBRE, Sakshi has held senior HR leadership roles at Max Group HR including heading the HR function for Max Ventures & Industries Limited. In her earlier roles, she was associated with organizations of repute like Tata Consultancy Services, Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt), and General Electric.

She is a graduate from the Lady Shriram College for Women and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management Studies (HR) from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai. She also holds a Master’s in Applied Psychology (Organizational Behavior) from the University of Delhi.

She has completed the Next Generation CHROs program, a flagship executive development program for HR leaders from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and Aon Hewitt.

She is also a member of the HR & IR Committee of the CII Northern Region and represents NHRDN in the Coaching Council of the Delhi Chapter of NHRDN.

Sakshi is a recognized human resource professional and was awarded the prestigious ‘Are You in The List – Emerging Future HR Leader’ award in 2014, regarded as one of the most prestigious awards for emerging HR leaders in the country.
