Dixon Technologies ropes in Arjun Singh as CHRO from CEAT Tyres

The leading electronic manufacturing company, Dixon Technologies appoints former CEAT Tyres executive Arjun Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Arjun is an HR professional with over two decades of experience in Human Resources. He has extensive global experience of working in a “Matrix” setup including heading the HR function for Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D Organisations.

He has led Global COEs of Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Communication, and Talent Acquisition across Telecom, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, Automobile, and Consulting industries.

Prior to Dixon Technologies, he was associated with CEAT Tyres Limited as Vice President – Corporate Human Resources. In this role, he was heading the Business Partnering for corporate teams of CEAT and Head HR for CEAT Specialty, CEAT Srilanka, and CEAT Bangladesh.

His previous stints include working with organizations such as Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Tata Group, and Tata Communications.

Arjun started his career working with Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd as Assistant Manager-HR. In this role, he managed HR and IR including union negotiations at the plant.

He holds his Master’s in business administration from the Xavier Institute of Social Service. He completed his Bachelor of Science from St. Xavier’s College.
