Former Policy Bazaar HR Head Chetna Gogia joins Gokwik as CHRO

GoKwik, a platform that solves shopping experience problems of e-commerce websites on the internet announces appointment of Chetna Gogia as Chief Human Resource Officer.

In her new role, Chetna will be responsible for the entire gamut of people and culture agenda of the organization.

Prior to joining GoKwik, she was associated with India’s leading Ed-Tech company Aakash Institute as CHRO, and earlier she was working as Head- Human Resources at Policy Bazaar.

Chetna is an HR professional with over 18 years of experience. Deep exposure and understanding of Organizational Development, Culture building, HR Processes, and People Practices. Previously, she has worked with companies like PayU India, SVG Media Pvt Ltd, and People Interactive, etc.

She is skilled in tying HR Strategy to the growth plans of the company, focusing on both short and long-term goals, translating vision into effective organizational practices, and shaping employee behavior, etc.

Chetna did graduation in commerce from Allahabad University and holds a master’s degree in human resources from Madurai Kamaraj University.

GoKwik was founded in 2020 with one simple mission, to democratize the shopping experience and increase GMV realization for e-commerce businesses.
