Future Generali India Life Insurance appoints Reena Tyagi as CHRO

A global insurance group, Future Generali India Life Insurance has announced the appointment of Reena Tyagi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Reena Tyagi is a Human Resource Professional with over 20 years of experience. She has been in an HR Leadership Role for over 15 years.

She is an HR generalist who has worked in Process Improvements & Implementation – Talent Acquisition, Management, Retention, Performance Management, and Rewards. Additionally, She has an extensive experience in Change Management situations for large teams.

Reena has experience in HR Business Partnering, Building HR strategies relevant to Business Objectives and external environment, Operational excellence, and execution. 

Prior to Future Generali India Life Insurance, Reena was associated with ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Ltd. She worked with the organization for over 3 years.

She said on social media, “After 11 years at ManipalCigna, it was time to say goodbye today. Not an easy day when you have spent some of the best years of your career at such a wonderful organization.”

“The last eleven years have given me some great opportunities, beginning with setting up an organization with strong values and inspiring culture”, she added.

“I have found some wonderful colleagues, and friends and MCHI has been a second home. I leave with a sense of pride for what we created together. 11 years just went by with some great work, camaraderie, fun, and celebrations. As I gear up for my next assignment, my best wishes to the team for continued success!”, she further said.

Earlier, Reena was with Cigna TTK Health Insurance Company Limited as a Chief Human Resources Officer. Her previous stints include Bharti Airtel Limited, ABN AMRO Central Enterprise Services Ltd, Tata Teleservices Ltd, and NIIT Ltd.

Reena holds a Masters in Business Administration from IMS, Indore. She completed her bachelor’s from Hansraj College, Delhi University.
