Hitachi Energy elevates Neha Ahluwalia as CHRO, India and South Asia Region

Heavy electrical equipment company, Hitachi Energy India has elevated Neha Ahluwalia as Chief Human Resources Officer, India and South Asia Region.

Most recently she was appointed as Head- Human Resources with the organization and within a short span she has been elevated to this designation.

Neha is an HR professional with Global Regional and Local Experience at the Leadership level. Also, She has experience in all facets of HR – COE, HRBP, and Shared Services across geographies.

She has nearly 18 years of strong experience in leading large transformational change management projects and project management experience from conceptualizing to execution.

Moreover, she has exposure and strong knowledge of Shared Services, Global Talent Acquisition, Global HR Leadership, and Talent Management.

Prior to Hitachi Energy India, Neha was associated with ABB where she has held various HR-related roles from being and has held various global leadership positions. Her last designation with the organization was Global HRBP -Robotics and Automation.

Her earlier stints include working with HCL Technologies as HR Business Partner. She started her career working with Sierra Atlantic as Project trainee.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from College of Science, Udaipur, and a Master’s in HR from ICFAI University, Hyderabad.
