iD Fresh Food appoints Megha Latawa as CHRO

A Bengaluru-based firm, iD Fresh Food (India) Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Megha Latawa as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). And the company has also announced the appointment of Enakshi Dasgupta as Head of New Business and New Product Development (NPD).

Commenting on the appointment, Megha Latawa said, “iD Fresh is a unique company with an uncompromising commitment to quality in serving its consumers.”

Megha is a seasoned HR professional with exposure across various industries – Manufacturing, ITS & ITES, Retail, and e-commerce.

She is a leader with over a decades years of experience in strategy & business alignment to drive culture, processes, and performance, with an ability to drive continuous improvement.

Prior to iD Fresh Food (India) Pvt. Ltd., Megha was associated with udaan.com as Head of HR – Customer Discretionary Categories, udaan.

Previously she was associated with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. as General Manager.

Megha started her career working with Infosys where she was Human Resources Organization Development Manager. She holds her master’s in Business Administration from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

iD has been awarded certifications from the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and Jaivik Bharat under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
