IPM India appoints BharatPe’s Jasneet Kaur as Director- People & Culture

IPM India, Wholesale Trading Private Limited today announced the appointment of Jasneet Kaur as Director, People, and Culture, effective from September 20, 2021. Prior to this, she was the CHRO at BharatPe.  

In her new role, she will report into Alexander Reisch, MD, IPM India. With her joining, the senior management team for IPM India is now a strengthened, entirely local, Indian industry leadership.

IPM India Wholesale Trading Pvt. Ltd. (IPM India) is a joint venture between Philip Morris Brands Sarl, Switzerland, and two Indian entities, Godfrey Phillips India Ltd (GPI) and K.K. Modi Investment & Financial Services Private Ltd. IPM India has been established for wholesale trading of cigarettes and other tobacco products either manufactured in India or imported into India. 

Jasneet comes with rich, and extensive experience of over 22 years in the industry. She carries cross-functional Human Resource management understanding across varied sectors & organizations.

Jasneet joins from BharatPe and in the past has been associated with leading corporations like DHL, PepsiCo, Maersk, Microsoft, Mercer & Reliance Life Sciences.

Jasneet has also been conferred ‘Titan of the Year’, which is the highest annual award for spearheading HR Transformation at Maersk Global Service Centres.
