Magenta Mobility appoints Dharmistha Chaudhary as CHRO

A leading electric mobility and EV charging solution provider, Magenta Mobility appoints Dharmistha Chaudhary as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Dharmistha Chaudhary, Chief Human Resources Officer said, “I am thrilled to lead the Human Resource vertical at Magenta Mobility. Here at Magenta, I will be involved in shaping Magenta’s overall strategic direction, encompassing critical domains of Human Capital, including talent acquisition, compensation and performance management, succession planning, learning, and development, as well as fostering a culture of transparency, positivity, and openness across all functions and verticals.”

“With the scale at which Magenta is growing and expanding to new cities, there will be a significant number of hirings across different verticals that I will be driving, encompassing both employees and driver partners,” Dharmistha Chaudhary added. 

Dharmistha further said, “I firmly believe that investments in human capital are equally vital as investments in product R&D. Our people are our greatest asset, and creating an environment where they can thrive is of utmost importance.”

“I am dedicated to unleashing the innate drive within individuals to be autonomous, self-determined, and connected. By doing so, we will not only empower our team and driver partners to achieve more but also create value for both them and Magenta”, Dharmistha said.

She has over 22 years of experience across sectors such as logistics, retail, and manufacturing, having worked with organizations like Sandvik Asia, Reliance Group, Chalhoub Group, and  CMA CGM Group.

Magenta is developing an electric ecosystem both for e-Commerce, FMCG, FMCD, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Courier & Logistics companies.

Magenta’s current list of customers includes all the major e-commerce businesses such as Amazon, Flipkart, Bigbasket, Porter, and Udaan & similar for last mile clean mobility, while it has a strong relationship with the electric vehicle manufacturers, to further establish the versatility of the platform as a trusted partner for businesses to ensure sustainability & cost-effectiveness.
