Myntra appoints Nupur Nagpal as Chief Human Resources Officer

Indian fashion e-commerce company Myntra has announced the appointment of Nupur Nagpal as Chief Human Resources Officer.

She joins Myntra from Sprinklr, where she was leading the people function for JAPAC markets as VP-HR.

In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the HR roadmap towards building and scaling the organization as well as enriching Myntra’s human capital.

Nupur has over 20 years of experience in initiating and delivering organizational change, culture building, and delivering sustained business results across the e-commerce, telecom, and insurance industries.

Previously, she has been also associated with companies like Prione Group of Companies, Amazon, Tata Group Virgin Mobile, WNS Global Services among others in HR leadership roles.

Nupur did Bachelor of Science (BSc), Microbiology, General from the University of Rajasthan and also earned PGDBA- Human Resources from a reputed institute.
