Naviga elevates Neetu Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer

IT services and software company, Naviga has announced the elevation of Neetu Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Most recently, Neetu Singh was working as a Vice President of Human Capital Management with Naviga. She has been associated with the organization for nearly a year.

She has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Naviga!”

Neetu Singh has the insight of over 20 years of experience in driving HR while implementing talent strategy and facilitating change management for fast-growing global product-based IT organizations.

She is a professional who has successfully implemented new HR techniques as an effective change agent. She has been a valued contributor to key strategic initiatives right from conceptualization to facilitating implementation.

Neetu has built a Global and locally integrated HR function from scratch for multiple organizations facilitating inclusive culture.

Prior to the current organization, Neetu was associated with FarEye as Global Head Talent. In this role, she was responsible for building global talent across the board.

Earlier, She was working with Winshuttle as Human Resources Director. In this role, she was the HR leader for India and global teams. Additionally, she has led strategic HR initiatives for the region in alignment with global HR.

Previously, Neetu was Head of Human Resources at News Corp. In this role, she led the HR function post News Corp acquisition for VCCircle and Big Decisions and also closely worked with HQ HR and CEOs of the businesses on HR strategies and Talent Management.

She is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business. Her previous stints include Landis+Gyr, Global Development Centre, and R Systems.

Neetu started her career working with Varun Beverages Limited as Assistant Manager Human Resources. She worked with the organization for over a year.
