A Goldman Sachs invested Company in Animal Nutrition Sector and market leader in Commercial Poultry Feed, Noveltech Feeds Pvt Ltd has announced the appointment of Rishav Dev as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Rishav Dev has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Noveltech Feeds Pvt Ltd ( A Goldman Sachs Company)!”
Rishav Dev is an alumnus of XLRI Business School with around 19 years of strong HR domain experience with leading firms in Agriculture, Real Estate, Retail, and Financial Services.
Rishav has led several programs in Strategic, Transformational & Operational HR Management that involved the design and implementation of People strategy, systems, policies, and practices. He had the opportunity to work in MNCs, Promoter-led firms, and listed firms involving matrix structures & complex business environments; & with cross-cultural teams & multiple business stakeholders.
Rishav has experience with several new setup transactions and has led projects on Business Reorganization. He is a person who successfully managed and developed HR teams through coaching & mentoring, and also built lasting, trusting relationships, and has an excellent network within the fraternity to leverage best practices and knowledge sharing.
Prior to Noveltech Feeds, Rishav was associated with Anmol Feeds Private Limited as Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO). He worked with the organization for over 5 years.
Previously, he was associated with AmbujaNeotia as a General Manager – HR Head. In this role, he was Head of Human Resource functions for the Realty, Corporate, Events & Facility Management divisions of the Ambuja Neotia Group.
Before this, Rishav was working with DLF Limited, Aditya Birla Retail Limited, and India Infoline Ltd.
Rishav Dev has been recognized with the “Sustainable HR Leaders (India)- 2020” & “101 Top HR Minds (India) – 2019” Awards by World HRD Congress & CHRO Asia.
Rishav holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from Magadh University.
