Piramal Pharma Limited appoints Puneet Rajput as CHRO

The leading Healthcare group, Piramal Pharma Limited (PPL) has appointed Puneet Rajput as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

She has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m excited to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Piramal Pharma Limited!”

“With end-to-end manufacturing capabilities across 15 global facilities and a distribution network in over 100 countries, PPL offers a diverse range of products and services”, she said.

She further said, “I am proud to be a part of a team that values both success and social responsibility, guided by the philosophy of ‘Doing Well and Doing Good’. Looking forward to this new chapter!”

Puneet is an experienced Human Resources Leader with rich and diverse experience in Pharma, Telecom, Life Sciences, and Consulting industries and multi-cultural environments.

She has experience in Business Transformation, Leadership Development, Culture building, Capability Building, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Merger/Acquisition Integration, and Executive Coaching.

Before Piramal Pharma Limited, Puneet was associated with Thermo Fisher Scientific as Senior Director – HR, APJ Regional HRBP Leader & India Country HR leader.

Her earlier stints include working with Vodafone and Wockhardt Ltd.

She holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Mumbai University Mumbai and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Honours Programme in Psychology from St. Xavier’s College.
