Quess Corp’s Head- HR Ritesh Agrawal steps down

Ritesh Agrawal Head-HR of Quess Corp Limited has resigned

Ritesh Agrawal has resigned after an almost two-year stint as Head- HR at Quess Corp Limited on personal ground. He joined the company in November 2018 from Microland Ltd.

Quess Corp Limited is India’s leading business services provider and largest private-sector employer. It offers a host of services to help organizations manage their non-core activities in the areas of Workforce Management, Operating Asset Management, and Global Technology Solutions across industries and geographies.

Ritesh is an HR professional with over 20 years of diverse experience cutting across FMCG, BFSI, IT, and Services sectors. Previously as an HR leader, he worked with companies like Microland Ltd, Pramerica Life Insurance, Exide Life Insurance, Dabur, and Asian Paints.

Ritesh started his career from Essar Steel as Engineer- Mechanical Maintenance and after three years moved to Arvind Limited as Management Trainee. He is a graduate Mechanical Engineer from NIT Surat and holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
