RateGain elevates Sahil Sharma to CHRO

A leading provider of SaaS solutions for travel and hospitality, RateGain has announced the elevation of Sahil Sharma as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Most recently, Sahil was working as Senior Vice President & Global Head – People & Culture.

Sahil has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at RateGain!

Sahil is a result-driven, commercially savvy HR leader with strong leadership & entrepreneurial mindset. He is a business professional with evident and proven results in developing & leading world-class human capital & people strategy operations domestically and internationally to complement corporate strategy in multi-state & multi-national environments across varied sectors.

Bhanu Chopra, Chairman, and Managing Director, RateGain said, “Sahil has a demonstrated track record of developing strong organisational cultures and comprehensive leadership platforms while building a people-first culture and has been phenomenal throughout his journey with us. Sahil has an extensive experience in Performance Management, Learning & Organisational Development, People Strategy, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Management.

Sahil has hands-on experience in operations and Strategic HR across B2B SaaS, Digital Media, dotcom, BFSI, and US Healthcare with deep experience in international HR consulting, especially during M&A (cross border).

Prior to RateGain, Sahil was with IndiaMART InterMESH Limited as Senior Manager – Strategic Human Resources (CoE). Earlier he was working with Serco as Team Leader – Training.

Sahil holds is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He completed his graduation from Delhi University.
