Robotics Systemz appoints Biren Anshu as Chief Human Resources Officer

Robotics Systemz has announced the appointment of Biren Anshu as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Biren Anshu is a HR Professional with significant international exposure.

He holds experience in managing multiple country HR processes, policies, and compliance governance. He has worked closely with CEOs and the Leadership teams in organization-wide strategic interventions and building operational excellence.

His specialties are in Talent Transformation Programmes, Digital HR Transformation, Benefits, OD and Training interventions, Employee Relations, Trust and Statutory Compliance, Leadership Hiring, and Future Ready Organization Design

Biren Anshu has over two decades of experience in the HR domain. Prior to this, he worked with JCB India Ltd. and served as an Associate Vice President where he worked for over 5 years. While working for The Oberoi Group as Assistant Vice President he was Responsible for Group Performance Management Processes, Compensation and Benefits, HRIT implementation, Employee Relations, and HR compliance.

Earlier, he has also worked with Punj Lloyd Limited as Group Senior General Manager where he was responsible for Group-wide Performance Management System, India Shared Services for Payroll and statutory compliance, Compensation, and Benefits and Policies formulation and governance. While working with Walmart India as DGM he was responsible for HR Operations, Policy Design and Implementation, Statutory Compliance, Rewards, and Performance Management.

Previously, he worked with Reckitt Benckiser I Ltd as HR Manager. Here Biren Anshu was Responsible for South Asia including Indonesia, HRIT deployment, Policies, Rewards, Recruitment, and Performance Management.

An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, he started his career with Maruti Udyog as Deputy Mgr HR.
