A last-mile distribution company for banks, multinationals, and retail giants, Shecommerz has announced the appointment of Ashwini Kumar as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
In this role, he will be responsible for Building a High-Performance team and agility in the culture to drive business
Capability Building & Enhancing Employee experience for better retention.
On Ashwini Kumar’s appointment, the company said, “We are delighted to welcome onboard, our Chief Human Resource Officer, Mr. Ashwini Kumar.”
He is a Human Resource Leader, Data Science Practitioner, and quality Evangelist with 17 years of diverse experience in various industries like Financial Services/Insurance, Power and energy, Infrastructure, and mining, and has 3 years of experience in leading International HR in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Prior to Shecommerz, he was associated with IIFL Samasta Finance Limited as Chief People Officer.
His earlier stints also include working with Reliance Power Ltd, Gammon India Ltd, Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, and Tata Business Excellence Group (TBExG).
He holds his Master’s in Business Administration from NICMAR University and completed his Bachelor of Science from Osmania University.
