SILA ropes in Sakshi Shahapure as Group Head- HR from Reliance Retail

A Real Estate Platform, SILA has appointed Sakshi Shahapure as Group Head – HR. She joins the organization from Reliance Retail.

Sakshi Shahapure, Group Head – Human Resources, said, “I am excited to join SILA, a company known for its dedication to employee development and well-being.”

“SILA has aggressive growth plans for which growing the employee base and working closely to create the entrepreneurial culture set forth by brother-duo Sahil and Rushabh is something I am looking forward to creating with the team and contributing to the growth and success of the organization”, Sakshi Shahapure added.

She is a result-oriented HR specialist with nearly 16 years of successful track record in leading organizations in Retail, FMCG, Home Shopping, Ecommerce & Real Estate Space.

She is a highly effective change agent with a history of building functions from the ground up, consolidating disparate teams, and turning around problematic situations.

Sakshi has managed complex merger processes, developed HR approach and initial strategy, and handled due diligence, organizational design, and workforce transition including sensitive employee communications.

She is alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur. She holds her master’s in Business Administration Sinhgad Business School and completed his Bachelor of Laws.
