TBZ – The Original appoints EX-Asian Paints Subhashis as CHRO

TBZ – The Original has announced the appointment of Subhashis Sinha as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Subhashis Sinha is an HR Professional with over 18 years of experience in Business Partnering with in-depth experience in Talent Management & Leadership Development. He has experience in multicultural environments companies across services and manufacturing.

Prior to TBZ – The Original, Subhashis Sinha was associated with Asian Paints as Corporate HR-Talent Management, Organization Development & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

He was associated with the organization for over 10 years. In this role, he was responsible for creating an ecosystem where “learning and development” are firmly rooted in the organizational context and the learning principles are leveraged to impact organizational effectiveness in a meaningful manner.

Previously, Subhashis was also a Learning and Development Consultant. His earlier stint includes working with MetLife as Regional Training Manager & Sales HR-Eastern Region. He was associated with MetLife for over 2 years. In this role, he was responsible for setting up and leading the Distribution and Sales Training function for the entire Region with an employee base of 1500 plus employees.

Subhashis holds his Master from Masters in Business Administration from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). He completed her bachelor’s from the Narendrapur Ram Krishna Mission Residential College.
