Unisys appoints Ruchi Kulhari as Senior Vice President & CHRO

A global technology solutions company, Unisys has announced the appointment of Ruchi Kulhari as senior vice president and chief human resources officer.

She assumes her role immediately, reporting directly to Unisys Chair and CEO Peter Altabef, effective immediately upon her appointment to the position.

On her appointment, Unisys Chair and CEO Peter Altabef said, “As an information technology solutions company in an ever-evolving, fast-paced industry, our CHRO is a critical role for us, as recruiting, retaining, developing, and transforming our workforce to meet the needs of our clients and associates is paramount to our success.”

“Ruchi’s deep experience, sharp focus, and strong capabilities make her an exceptional addition to our senior leadership team”, Peter Altabef added.

She is an experienced human resources executive with close to 20 years of diversified experience. This includes the full range of human resource management focusing on IT Services Industry HR leadership capacity including but not limited to organizational design, staffing, training & development, succession planning, retention, employee relations, coaching, workflow designs as well as providing input on short and long-term business and HR strategy, implementation, and metrics.

Prior to her appointment at Unisys, Ruchi served as chief people officer at Coforge. She was associated with the organization for over 4 years and have held various leadership roles.

Her earlier stint includes progressively senior HR positions at Infosys and EXL Services.

Kulhari holds a Master of Arts in clinical psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from the Institute for Institute for Excellence in Higher Education(IEHE), Bhopal.

She also holds a certificate in organizational change management and human resources development from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
