A key player in the beverage industry and one of the largest franchisees of PepsiCo in the world (outside the USA), Varun Beverages Limited has appointed Rohit Vishal Gupta as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
He is an experienced HR professional with nearly 25 years in the HR Domain. He has a high-performance track record in IT, Healthcare, Packaging and printing, FMCG, and Garment industries.
Rohit is highly skilled in Talent Management, Strategic HRM, Industrial relations, and Employee Engagement with proven credentials in handling scale globally and built capabilities for scaling up businesses on the Continent.
Prior to Varun Beverages Limited, he was associated with Wipro Ltd as Global Vice President – Talent Management & Leadership Development, CHRO Lab45.
Previously, he has worked with leading organization including GE Healthcare as CHRO Wipro GE Healthcare South Asia, HR director GEBEL, Head CSR, Head Education Solutions.
His earlier stint included working with ITC Limited and Surya Nepal Private Limited.
Rohit Vishal Gupta is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences and completed his B.Sc in Industrial Chemistry from Delhi University.
