Wattkraft India (Wattkraft Industries Pvt Ltd) is a subsidiary of Wattkraft Solar GmbH (Germany). The company is VAP Partner of Huawei Inverters & Phono Solar Modules (Bloomberg Tier 1) in Europe & in India.
Jatinder is a dynamic Human Resource professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and creative skill sets with outside-the-box thinking abilities.
His expertise is in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Vendor Management, Team Management, HRIS, Team Building, Performance Management, Employer Branding, HR Policies, and Recruitment.
Jatinder brings nearly two decades of experience in HR. Prior to joining Wattkraft India, he was associated with Phoenix Human Capital Pvt Ltd as HR Business Partner,
Earlier, he has worked with organizations like MyHiringBox, RateGain, Orions, iGATE Global Solutions, FCS Software Solutions, and Tele Atlas.
He earned his Master of Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University and did his bachelor’s from Delhi University.
