Yokohama Off-Highway Tires gets Amit Chincholikar as Global CHRO

The world-renowned brand, Yokohama Off-Highway Tires has announced the appointment of Amit Chincholikar as Global Chief Human Resources Officer.

Amit has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m humbled and excited to start a new role as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires!”

He has extensive hands-on experience in developing and delivering human resource strategy – global experience across several HR verticals. He has a strong business focus and collaborative mindset.

Amit has vast experience working in global, virtual organizations, footprint optimization and workflow process design, Diversity, and Inclusion advocacy. He has over two decades of experience in the HR domain.

He has been associated with the TATA group for over 12 years. Previously, He was with Tata Consumer Products as Global Chief Human Resources Officer.

Amit has worked with organizations such as Novelis as Director of Corporate Human Resources and Global HR Lead – Corporate Strategy Organization, Aditya Birla Group as Group Head of Rewards and Benefits, and Universal Music Group as Vice President of Human Resources and Admin, South East Asia.

He started his career working with Mercer as Associate Director and Country Head of Rewards Practice.

Amit holds his Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He completed his Bachelor of Science, Statistics, and Operations Research from the University of Mumbai.
