Zenobia Madon joins Whirlpool Corporation as Director- HR, EMEA

Zenobia Madon has joined Whirlpool Corporation as Director HR- Talent, Strategy & Org, Europe, Middle East, Africa. She will be based in Netherlands.

Before joining Whirlpool, she was associated with Philips Personal Health Business as Director- Human Resources. And prior to this, she has worked with leading organizations like Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca in India, USA, and Singapore.

Announcing her new role on social media, Zenobia said, “Humbled to share that after almost a decade, I have commenced on a new path with Whirlpool Corporation. I am excited to join the Whirlpool, EMEA HR leadership team and look forward to collaborating with teams globally, to fulfill the company ambition which is in constant pursuit of improving life at home,”

“I have experienced a warm welcome these past few days, care to help me transition, as well as openness to respect and embrace who I am.” she added.

She further said, “Grateful – my heart is filled with deep gratitude to Philips, my alma maters (Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca), and also to each one of you who have been a part of this fantastic ongoing career journey with me,”

“Here’s expressing my heartfelt thank you to all my mentors who have been there to challenge and guide me, to colleagues & partners who overtime became more like friends, to my teams who were there with me through it all and to my family who is my pillar of strength in every way & keeps me grounded.” she added. 

Zenobia has over 15 years of rich expertise across diverse HR domains – HR Business Partner enabling Transformations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Leadership Development & Talent Management.

She is an MBA from International School of Business and Media, Pune. In her spare time she is fond of travelling, baking and watching movies.
