Ministry of Corporate Affairs Extends PM Internship Scheme 2025

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the registration deadline for the PM Internship Scheme 2025. The last date to apply is now March 31, 2025.

Interested candidates can register through the official PM Internship website at pminternship.mca.gov.in.

The official website states: “The internship application round has been extended until March 31st. Register, create your profile, and apply for opportunities across different sectors. There are no registration or application fees. Apply now.”

Eligibility Criteria for PM Internship Scheme 2025

To be eligible for the internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed High School, Higher Secondary School, obtained a certificate from an ITI, a diploma from a Polytechnic Institute, or hold a graduate degree such as BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, B.Pharma, etc.
  • Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 24 years as of the last date for application submission.
  • Nationality: The candidate should be of Indian nationality.
  • Employment Status: Candidates should not be employed full-time and should not be engaged in full-time education.
  • Online/Distance Learning Candidates: Those enrolled in online or distance learning programs are eligible to apply.

The PM Internship Scheme is independent of all existing skill development, apprenticeship, and internship programs run by the Central and State governments. It aims to provide:

  • 12 months of hands-on experience in real-world business environments.
  • Exposure to diverse professions and employment opportunities across various sectors.
  • A structured internship program with no registration or application fees.

How to Apply for PM Internship Scheme 2025

Follow these steps to complete your application:

  1. Visit the official PM Internship Scheme website at pminternship.mca.gov.in.
  2. Click on the “Register” link to open the application page.
  3. Fill in the required registration details and submit the form.
  4. The portal will automatically generate a resume based on the provided information.
  5. Select up to five internship opportunities based on location, sector, functional role, and qualifications.
  6. Submit the application and download the confirmation page.
  7. Keep a hard copy of the confirmation for future reference.
