2-Wheeler EV, One Moto India plans to hire, add people by 150%

British electric two-wheeler company, One Moto India has announced that it will be hiring and increasing manpower by 150% in the country,

This will be the company’s first hiring drive in India. As of now, it has a workforce of 35 employees in India. And aims to take this number up to 100 by the end of fiscal.

One Moto India has been targeting major expansion in terms of its dealership network along with eyeing ambitious sales targets for the year.

Mr.Muzammil Riyaz -Promoter and Founder of One Moto India said, “Since we forayed into India, we have been focussing on introducing the product and USP. Now, it is time for the brand to take a step ahead and look at expansion in terms of presence, product, technology.”

He added, “As we enter the new fiscal year with new targets, we also require new recruits that will have different qualities and skills to enable these strategies and help us achieve. We expect to onboard striking skill sets through this hiring drive.

The current hiring drive comes in line with its targets for the year. The hiring will happen for pan India locations – Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, and Delhi. The brand is looking for leadership roles.

The hiring will be across levels including fresher, mid-level, and senior levels. The main plans are to hire majorly across departments including – Sales & Marketing, Research & Development, Operations & Engineering, Human Resources, Marcom, Dealership Management, and Higher Management.

For the freshers, the organization this year is planning to opt for campus hiring. The purpose is to strengthen departments including – technical, sales, and administration.
