This hiring surge highlights the company’s effort to address growing business needs and maintain high utilization rates of around 90%, as noted by Chief Financial Officer Angie Park during the Q1 earnings call.
The company has also significantly expanded its data and artificial intelligence (AI) team, which now stands at 69,000 employees closer to its target of 80,000 AI-focused employees by the end of fiscal year 2026.
A substantial portion of the hiring has been centered in India, a key market for talent acquisition.
