The global interior design tech venture Flipspaces has recently announced its expansion plans for India, UAE, and USA. The company plans to hire nearly 500 employees.

Flipspaces plans to grow its workforce by 3X by the year-end by providing opportunities across various corporate and technology verticals globally. The hiring will be in the areas of Inside Design, Gross Sales and Advertising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations by the year-end.

The current employee strength of the company is 300. The design and build business is showing remarkable revival trends post-pandemic with revenue growth seeing a steep upswing both in India and the US.

Speaking about the same, Kunal Sharma, CEO & Founder of Flipspaces commented, “For Flipspaces, the effect of the pandemic is finally over and market demand is seeing unprecedented tailwinds both in India and US. We are looking to capitalize on this by deploying resources and increasing our market share in tech-enabled design and build vertically.”

He added, “Additionally, our ever-increasing focus on technology makes it essential to have a  fully functional in-house tech team to realize our vision of being a tech-first venture. These two areas are key to our hiring plans for this fiscal.”

Achintya Karmakar, Head of Human Resources, Flipspaces, said “We are a diverse team with over 100+ design experts onboard and 300+ years of combined leadership experience. With five offices across India and the US, we are looking to tap into the local talent and build a growth-focused team rich in pedigree and entrepreneurial spirit.”

He added, “The hiring for new positions is already underway for entry-level, mid-management, and leadership roles. There has been an unprecedented response so far with 10000+ interested candidates who have applied through organic channels alone.”

He further added, “We are looking for people who want to build their career with us by bringing innovative and out-of-the-box solutions to complex problems. With integrity and transparency, inclusive work culture, open-door policy, and collaborative spirit being the DNA of the organization, we are welcoming new members to join us and make us proud.”

Further, the venture has recently launched its category-defining SAAS product VIZSTORE – a unique virtual technology for furniture and furnishing brands, manufacturers, and retailers. It is garnering a tremendous initial response from the market with 1000+ paid brands and retailers already having signed up for it.

They are building a house of SAAS products to establish a unified tech engine that offers efficiency gains and client satisfaction at every stage thus enhancing customer experience, the statement said.
