Genpact India Hiring 5,000+ Graduate Apprentices, and Other Jobs

Genpact, a global professional services firm will employ over 5,000 graduate apprentices through the Ministry of Education apprenticeship programme.

TeamLease Degree Apprenticeship (TLDA) announced a partnership with Genpact, a global professional services firm regarding the hiring of 5,000 graduate apprentices.

TeamLease Degree Apprenticeship Vice-President Dhriti Prasanna Mahanta said, “In collaboration with Genpact, who will employ 5,000 graduate apprentices, we are committed to bridging the skill gap that will provide aspiring professionals with practical, hands-on training and supervision, ensuring they flourish in a tough environment and build successful careers.”

In the past 4-5 years, apprenticeships have become vital for talent acquisition. Dhriti Prasanna Mahanta, VP of TeamLease Degree Apprenticeship, highlights a 3.85 million skill deficit threatening IT and BPM industries.
