Goldman Sachs Launches 2025 Returnship Program in India

Goldman Sachs is inviting women professionals to relaunch their careers through its paid, 12-week Returnship® Program.

This program is tailored for women who have taken a career break of two years or more. It provides a structured platform for reacquainting themselves with a dynamic work environment.

Like an internship, it offers guided opportunities to reskill, explore new domains, and experience the firm’s vast resources, aiming to help participants transition smoothly back into the professional world.

Whether it leads to full-time employment or serves as a skills refresh, the program is a stepping stone for returning professionals.

Opportunities Across Divisions

This year’s Returnship program spans various teams within Asset & Wealth Management and Global Markets.

Roles are available in Client Due Diligence, Investment Operations, RFP Coordination, Investment Guidelines Monitoring, XIG Private Equity Operations, and Client Revenue Operations.

Other opportunities include positions in MAS (Multi-Asset Solutions), Client Regulatory Outreach, Credit Derivatives Operations, and GMOR (Third-Party Risk Management).

Each role offers a unique opportunity to develop technical expertise, collaborate across global teams, and contribute meaningfully to business operations.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates possess a bachelor’s degree and relevant professional experience ranging from 1 to 10 years, depending on the role.

Backgrounds in AML operations, financial product knowledge, investment compliance, private equity, risk management, and project oversight are highly desirable.

Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential.

Prior experience in finance or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are preferred for specific roles.

This is a rare chance to return to a high-impact career with one of the world’s most respected financial institutions, within an inclusive environment that values diverse experiences.
