Country Trade Compliance Specialist
You will be responsible for reviewing and Setting up customs-related processes for all kinds of goods movement into and out of India. Review customs declarations. SPOC for stakeholders in the case of customs compliance for logistics, planning, and procurement.

Responsibilities
- Country Trade Compliance Specialist must establish a customs-related process with all involved parties: including planning, procurement, transport, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and customs-compliant movement of the goods.
- The role will cover as well: reporting and analyzing the reports in terms of customs duty paid and customs brokers’ remuneration and compliance with customs regulations.
- The CTCS will supervise the processing of HSN classification, manage the communication process with stakeholders regarding customs requirements on imports and export of goods, and supervise customs refunds, duty drawbacks & export incentives.
- Review process flows and finds out duty-saving opportunities. Submit monthly KPI reports & Trade reviews. Release SAP-GTS Blocks and review import and export declarations. Review HSN, Valuation, and Exemptions applicable on and other Global Trade KPIs for export and importation.
Background to Apply:
- Law Freshers should have 1-2 years of experience.
- Experience in customs, foreign trade, logistics, finance, planning, or procurement. HSN Classification knowledge.
- Excel skills. Knowledge of supply chain and finance processes. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Team player with a customer service mindset. Good communication skills and cross-cultural awareness.
- Organizational awareness and planning own job. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) – advantage.
