LTIMindtree, a leading IT services company, is on an ambitious hiring drive in India. With a focus on talent acquisition and growth, the company aims to fill more than 600 positions across various domains.

LTIMindtree Hiring Initiative

LTIMindtree is actively recruiting for a wide range of positions. Whether you’re an experienced professional or a fresh graduate, there’s a role waiting for you.

From technology to business consulting, marketing to process management, the opportunities are diverse and promising.

LTIMindtree’s footprint extends to multiple cities in India. So, whether you’re in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, or any other major tech hub, chances are there’s an opening near you.

Interested candidates can check the company’s Career Page for job description and other relevant details. They can also refer to other job portals and the company’s LinkedIn page for application links.

Why the Focus on Hiring?

The decision to ramp up hiring comes at a crucial time for the IT industry.

The IT sector faced an industry-wide demand slowdown, but there are now early signs of recovery. Clients are gradually deploying savings and additional budgets toward high-priority transformation programs.

LTIMindtree, like other players in the field, is witnessing green shoots of recovery. The focus remains on efficiency, cost optimization, and vendor consolidation deals.

LTIMindtree Wage Hike Cycle

In FY24, LTIMindtree had already delayed its annual wage hike cycle from April to August. Employees received single-digit increments, with some even receiving zero percent hikes—a move that sparked discussions across internet forums.

Now, for FY25, LTIMindtree plans to roll out salary increments in the October-December quarter (Q3). CEO and MD Debashis Chatterjee confirmed this shift, emphasizing alignment with market trends.
