Sales Trainee Program
Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd., (MHRIL) is a part of the Leisure and Hospitality sector of the Mahindra Group and brings to the industry values such as Reliability, Trust, and Customer Satisfaction.
The Participants will be hired as “(On the Job) Sales Trainees” for a period of 6 months from the date of joining and Post 6 months of training period, the participants will be confirmed at G4 as Relationship Manager, subject to clearing the final “certification”.
Salary Range: During Training 20k Stipend. Post Training 4.25Lacs Per annum (3.25 Lacs fixed + 1 Lac of Retention Bonus which is variable pay) + Petrol allowances up to 4k a month + Incentives.
