A global provider of HR services, Randstad India has opened a new centre in Vizag as part of its expansion in Andhra Pradesh.

The company is committed to investing Rs 50 crore over the next three years in Vizag (Visakhapatnam) and is accelerating its growth across the country.

Randstad India focuses on creating success for people and organizations by giving the right person the right job at the right time through a combination of high-tech and high-touch processes.

The company through the Vizag office will create over 3,000 domestic IT jobs across the country by 2023 and around 6,000 by 2024.

“This decision to open an office in Vizag is also based on these findings, to tap key talent available in tier-2 and -3 cities post Covid,” Randstad said.

Commenting on the new centre the company said, “We officially inaugurated our new #RandstadIndia flagship delivery center office at Vishakhapatnam (Vizag)! A big thank you to the Hon’ble Minister of Industries, Infrastructure, Investment and IT, Shri Gudivada Amarnath for joining us for this special occasion and inaugurating our new office.”

“With 37 brilliant freshers joining in the 1st batch as IT Trainee Recruiters and 6 Leaders to mentor and coach the freshers, we look forward to touching and transforming the work lives of young talent in Vizag”, the company added.

The company further said, “A huge round of applause of congratulations to the teams (Randstad Technologies, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Business Concepts Development, Marketing, HR Business Partnership, Finance, Admin, and IT) that worked round-the-clock for several months to bring this to fruition.”

The new office space in Vizag is expected to double the organization’s footprint. This will enable job opportunities for the diverse local talent pool of the IT job market in the country.
